This is a modified internal combustion engine (Smart Air-Fuel Optimizer) of a small urban vehicle. There are two electric air pumps charging the engine. The first one has a separate air pipe that leads to the engine. The second one also has an air pipe, connected to the pipe of the first air pump. The additional air supply is controlled by a gas pedal. A smart electronic unit optimizes the mix between fuel and air. Thanks to the new system, the car performance is improved and reduces the green house emissions.
